Diamond,diamonds,loose-diamonds
symbol of wealth, purity and love, a diamond leaves no one unmoved. In mineralogy, Diamond is an extremely hard, highly refractive crystalline and most concentrated form of carbon that is usually colorless and is used as a as Precious gems and in abrasives, and other applications.

Diamond often occurs as octahedrons with rounded edges and curved surfaces. It is formed at great depth in the earth, between 150 and 300 km below the surface at great temperatures and pressures and is most commonly found in volcanic breccias and in alluvial deposits. By a kind of volcanic eruption the diamonds were pushed up through volcanic pipes of diamond bearing rock such as kimberlite. With gradual erosion kimberlite chimneys were exposed at the earth’s surface. Poorly formed diamonds are used in abrasives and in industrial cutting tools.
